Research datasets
Deposit Policy
Before depositing a research dataset, you must read and accept the declaration of responsibility shown at the start of the deposit form. The declaration is the complete text you agree to; the points below summarise it.
- You must be the dataset's creator or have the other creators' consent or authorisation to deposit it. The declaration holds all creators jointly responsible when there is more than one.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the dataset, its descriptive metadata, and any digital files. Where applicable, you must have the consent of the NKUA faculty member who supervised or collaborated on the research.
- You must hold the necessary rights or confirm that depositing the dataset does not infringe anyone else's rights. For a dataset published or hosted elsewhere, follow the applicable publisher or host agreement: provide the official URL or upload a file only if you have the right to do so.
- During submission, review the available licence and file-access settings before you finalise the deposit. The Library then reviews the submitted record.
