Research datasets

Sign in to My Pergamos with your NKUA account and open "Research datasets". Select "Create" to start a deposit. The form takes you through these steps:

1. Accept terms: Read the declaration of responsibility and confirm that you accept it. You must accept it to continue.
2. Affiliation and language: Select the academic unit and the dataset's language. Continuing from this step creates a draft record.
3. Curate record: Complete the metadata fields shown for the dataset and add any relevant files. Select "Save" to keep changes to the draft. If required fields are empty, the "Submit" button shows their number and lets you navigate to them.
4. Review and openness: Check the record in the preview. Choose a licence and review the access options shown for each file. Use "Previous" if you need to edit the record. Select "Finalize Submission" when it is ready for Library review.
5. Await Library review: The record remains under review until the Library approves or rejects it. You can use "Refresh" to check for an updated status. If the Library rejects it, read its notes, correct the draft and submit it again. An approved dataset is finalised for publication in Pergamos. A DOI may be assigned after the Library approves the initial deposit.
