Researcher Profile

All members of the NKUA academic community are automatically assigned a Researcher Profile, as long as at least one of the following conditions is currently met:

1. The researcher is the author of a PhD thesis.

Authorship is assigned upon the submission of the thesis to Pergamos via Personalized Services.

2. The researcher has authorship responsibility for a scientific publication (Book, Book Chapter, Journal Article, or Conference Paper).

Authorship responsibility is granted upon the creation of the corresponding record in Pergamos via the Personalized Services, either by filling out the relevant form, bulk-importing records via BibTeX, or submitting a publication using its DOI.

NOTE: NKUA members can request authorship or co-authorship of an existing publication through the Personalized Services. The system uses the DOI to identify publications and provides relevant alerts if a matching DOI already exists. Additionally, the NKUA Library may occasionally carry out automated bulk imports of publications, which are temporarily assigned to the system administrator under the "NKUA Research Material" unit.

3. The researcher is the author of a research dataset.

Authorship is assigned upon submission of the dataset to Pergamos through the Personalized Services.

You can manage your Researcher Profile via the Personalized Services. Currently, you can define your research identifiers, such as ORCID, Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science.
