    abstract = "We present an unusual case of solitary renal mass that histological examination following nephrectomy confirms that it was a neurofibroma. Neoplasmatic markers though, were found elevated and chromosomal analysis revealed a Karyotype similar to the one found in adenocarcinomas of the kidney."
