abstract = "Extraskeletal osteosarcoma is a rare soft tissue sarcoma. Survival is
related with the wide resection of the tumor. The role of adjuvant
chemotherapy and radiation therapy remains controversial. In our study,
we present a patient with extraskeletal osteosarcoma of the thigh which
was initially misdiagnosed as lipoma."
