A total of 51 primary and secondary education teachers participated in the study that followed the pilot course concerning the integration of ICT in the educational process. A questionnaire was used to identify the significant differences that existed in teachers' satisfaction with several features of the training process. The results demonstrated that course content, facilitators' support, and collaboration among facilitators and teachers and among teachers themselves had a positive impact on teachers' satisfaction. The study concludes with some implications for improving the effectiveness of the EPICT course. © 2010 Teacher Development. ER -
