TODO - The pancreas is often affected in patients with acquired
immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS); autopsy studies have found pancreatic
abnormalities in up to 50% of patients with AIDS (1). We report
recurrent acute pancreatitis, complicated by a pancreatic pseudocyst as
the presenting manifestation of AIDS.
