In this case report, we present a liver graft with abnormal left hepatic vein draining directly to the right atrium of the donor heart, which was discovered during back table preparation of a liver graft. The vein was reconstructed and the subsequent liver transplantation was successful. Five years after the transplantation, no signs of complications have emerged. ER -
