Gene frequencies were as follows: PiM, 0.960; PiS, 0.028; PiZ, 0.002; PiF, 0.006; and Piv, 0.002. No significant heterogeneity was found in this material, and distribution of Pi phenotypes is in good agreement with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
