Seven mate subjects were switched to AMS and followed for 8 weeks. PANSS scores improved from 123 to 66 over this period. We conclude that AMS is of interest in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia. (c) 2006 Elsevier SAS. All rights reserved. ER -
