Initially, we describe the synthesis of pH-responsive polymeric materials, and their study through in vitro and in vivo tests. Then we report the thermo-, redox-, magnetic-responsive micelle carrying anticancer agents. Finally, we present the multiresponsive and the nanocarriers bearing surface markers to target cancer cells. A short description has been given for the biological results of these nanocarriers. In this chapter, we cover all the main stimuli-responsive functionalities of the most recent literature. © 2019 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved." }
