Entrepreneurial Education, incentives and cultural background
Summary:
In this thesis, the aim was to examine the role of entrepreneurship education
and culture in shaping business incentives.. In a sample of 550 questionnaires,
it was tested whether the Theory of Planned Behaviour explains entrepreneurial
motivation. The results showed that the model can be applied with some
modifications. In particular, it seemed that social - demographic data must be
extracted from the model and entrepreneurial education to take their place,
influencing self-efficacy, personal attraction and perceptions of social norms.
The social norms perceptions, however, impact only on self-efficacy.
