Summary:
Based on the appropriate references and bibliography, this essay is developed
on three main parts. The first involves analysis of the essential oils, their
mode of action, the exposure on them and, in general, their impact on the human
organism. The second part contains the absolutely necessary information for the
understanding of endocrine disruptors and how they are related to the
environment and health. Finally, in the third part, and particularly in the
conclusions section, throughout the presented studies and reviews, are reached
the answers to the question raised and elaborated in this essay with the title:
“Ultimately are the essential oils endocrine disruptors?”.
