Διερεύνηση νέων απεικονιστικών τεχνικών σε MRI καρδιάς
Summary:
This thesis has been prepared within the postgraduate program "Interventional
Radiology".
The aim of this study is to highlight the CMR stress value in the diagnosis of
coronary artery disease. In particular, the study focused on assessing the
diagnostic accuracy of stress CMR for the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia
through its comparison with other standard imaging techniques. Furthermore, it
studies the mechanism of action, efficacy and safety profile of the
pharmaceutical agents used in stress CMR, and the predictive value of the
various protocols of the method, in the implementation of which these agents
are administered, through the international literature review.
The CMR is an effective tool for the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and ,
ultimately, heart disease . Can assess myocardial perfusion , its functionality
, myocardial necrosis and the presence sustainability , precisely similar or
superior to that provided by other standard imaging techniques .
Selective agonists of A2A receptor, regadenoson, have a similar mechanism of
action to adenosine but accompanied by lower rates of adverse reactions , the
most important fact of the rare occurrence of bronchospasm and atrioventricular
block
