Summary:
The purpose of this study to describe the postoperative changes in fev1 k fvc
after pure open lobectomy for non -small cell lung cancer in the 1st and 6th
month postoperatively .Epilechthikan 30 patients parapemfikan Sismanoglio
hospital in Athens for treating resectable cancer pnefmonos.Ena month after
surgery decrease substantially both fev1 / fvc however six months after all
patients had achieved an increase in the prices of fev1 / fvc but prices
approaching the preoperative .
