Summary:
Aim of the study: the design of this study was to find a relationship between
the presence of IgA,IgG antibodies anti-chlamydia trachomatis and HSP 60 in
blood and follicular fluid with the success rate of implantation of the
fertlized ovum post IVF.
Method:Will check for presence of c.trachomatis DNA with PCR.
The patients begins cycle of IVF only when the answer of cultivation of vaginal
fluid is negative for C.trachomatis.All patients undergo blood collection on
the day of administration of hCG, the egg collection made after u/s guidance 36
hours after administration of hCG.
Objectives-results: 1. the number of follicles 2.quality of ovocites
3.implantation rate 4. the estimated percentage of miscarriages.
The number of follicles has been reduced in the group of patients with positive
results for anti-chlamydia trachomatis in follicula fluid and blood as well as
positive effects in infection of HPV.
