Summary:
Colorectal is the third most frequent cancer in the U.S., Many sources
indicate that most of the colon cancers are sporadic, without family history.
According to several studies there are situations where have been associated
with increased incidence of colon cancer as smoking , lack of fitness, healthy
food and alcohol. This article presents initially colorectal cancer and then
analyze according to recent studies and literature through evidence that
various factors mentioned above (lack of fitness and healthy food) may
adversely affect and increase the chances of development and progression of
colorectal cancer. Also recorded useful inferences about how we can reduce the
chances of developing cancer in our daily lives, as well as cancer of the colon
has all the elements suitable for disease prevention. It takes several years to
develop, there are diagnostic tests that can reveal precancerous lesions and
with proper intervention-removal can eliminate the risk of development and
bring healing.
