Αλλυλική αλκυλίωση με τροποποιημένες μορφές του καταλύτη του Wilkinson
In this thesis we explored the catalytic activity of the rhodium complexes
[RhCl(P(OPh)3)3] (1) και [RhCl(P(O-o-tolyl)3)3] (2) for alkylation reactions of
allylic substrates. Complex (1) was found to be an efficient catalyst for the
alkylation of allyl acetate with dimethyl malonate in the presence of base,
NaH. The reactions outcome was found to depend on the mol ratio of the
reactants; for allyl/nucleophile=1/3 the monosubstituted product was formed,
while for allyl/nucleophile=1/1 the disubstituted product was formed. These
results give to complex (1) an interesting selectivity. Similar results were
found when using diethyl malonate as nucleophile. For complex (2) it was found
that it catalyzes the alkylation of cinammyl acetate with dimethyl and diethyl
malonate in the presence of base, NaH, with excellent yields.
