Technological robustness in the administration of states and enterprises is an
important issue today as the needs in our fast paced times are constantly
changing. Public as well as private entities face great challenges. The
problems faced by the public as well as the private sector can be effectively
solved by e-governance taking fully under consideration that applying it is a
difficult process due to resistance from antiquated institutions and procedures
as well as the rapidly developing new forms of electronic crime. In this work
we examine the mechanisms of public and private administration and
effectiveness and the ways that make e-governance more effective since the
issue of electronic crime presents some important implications to the whole
procedure.
