Correlation between viscosity and density physicochemical parameters, and the components of beer.
Summary:
This project aims to quantitative correlation of basic ingredients of beer as
the alcohol title, total acidity, sugars and glycerin to the viscosity and
density. We found a mathematical relationship between viscosity and density of
different beer samples and the concentrations of basic components of beer. For
this reason, we used the method of regression, which helps us to
understand the alteration of the dependent variables (viscosity and density),
when one of the independent variables are changed (alcohol, acidity, sugars
and glycerin), while the rest remain constant.
