Summary:
As part of our diplomatic work we were asked to provide the Students with
Disabilities (SwD) Accessibility Unit of the National University of Athens with
an online platform. The purpose of this platform would be to help the operators
of the Voluntary Service Unit with the possibility of electronic input of
personal information and needs of a SwD as well as the information and
potential assistance of volunteers. In addition, it would offer the ability to
view statistics, useful for drawing conclusions. The main objective of the
platform though would be to simplify the finding of the volunteer that could
fully satisfy a specific need for a SwD.
