Summary:
The development of Smart Electricity Network (SEN) is not only based on the
progress of the power equipment technology, but also aims to improve monitoring
of specialized computer, analysis, optimization, and control of the central
infrastructure to distribution networks and transportation. This thesis focuses
on two main SEN subsystems: intelligent information subsystem and intelligent
communications subsystem. As a first step, we refer to the measurements that
generate information from terminal entities (eg smart meters, sensors) in a
SEN. Such information is often used for billing, monitoring of network status
and control the user device. We explore information management, including
modeling data, analyzing information, integration and optimization.
