Summary:
In conclusion, this research revealed important conclusions about the administration of adrenaline and hyperglycemia regardless of coexistence diabetes. The glucose blood values are normalized in the first 12 hours after the hemodynamic stability of the patient. It was found that the use of a continuous insulin infusion protocol is necessary during administration of adrenaline so as to reduce postoperative complication
