The purpose of this diploma thesis is to perform a pedagogical study and evaluate the use of web 2.0 tools in educational scenarios. The educational environment which surrounds the use of new technology and the web 2.0 tools in particular is very important, since this technology involves the “Wisdom of crowds”, which if transferred and applied to education, could give students the ability to cooperate, co-create and coformulate knowledge while involved in a community of learning. (Eyyam et al., 2011, Grosseck, 2009, Ajjan & Hartshorne, 2008). Such tools could task the students with building time lines, mental/definition maps and cloudwords together. Useful tools for the teaching practice and the aid in achieving educational and intelligence goals are the digital storytelling, comic strip design and dynamic presentation ones. In addition, such helpful tools are those which help compile a video or an interactive poster or text. To achieve this goal, scenarios were studied where these tools were applied, emphasizing on TP from TPACK, all factors which aggregate in the educational frame were inter-related under the influence of the new learning model, the separation of activities by Laurillard and the categorization of the tutoring goals by Bloom: tool category, learning process, type of activity, technique, goal, interaction. The results not only showed the preferences of the tutors-writers towards these tools in particular (for which activities, through which techniques, with what kind of interaction etc do they suggest their use), but also many correlations between the variables of the educational part of tutorship and the web 2.0 tools.
