Since stress is a key factor which affects the efficiency of the educational work , in this paper, through literature review, we studied the concept of occupational stress and whether that is exacerbated by dysfunctional relationships between teachers and parents.Thus, the aim of this thesis is to study the shared responsibility of parents in the event of occupational stress of teachers, the interventions that have been made to reduce, and even eliminate that stress, and the effectiveness of these interventions. Once there was an attempt of the term «stress» approach and understanding, the distinction between neurosis and normal stress, the concept of occupational stress and its sources, the institution of family is studied and its participation in the school process, the involvement of parents regarding the appearance of occupational stress of teachers, the interventions carried out and evaluated effectual end of these interventions
