Summary:
This paper refers to reconciliation in BiH as a tool of justice and how this contributes to the long process of healing. It is examined the role of ICTY as a retributive justice mechanism and the Truth and Reconciliation Committe as restorative justice mechanism. Furthermore, the examination of the education and schooling system is linked to the reconciliation process along with the segregation this entails to the children and youth.
