Summary:
The material studied was derived from human embryos and it was embedded in plastic suitable for light,as well for transmission electron microscope .This was proved to be advantageous in having thinner semi-thin and ultra-thin sections.
The embryonal gonocytes () were scarce ,in varying number, but definitely less numerous than the embryonal Sertoli's cells.
In this research it was difficult to define clearly sub varieties of embryonal pre-spermogonia ,though there is not much doubt that such sub varieties really exist.
The Sertoli's cells were blastic in character.Rarely ,these cells were arranged in a follicular manner around an embryonal spermogonium.
The necessity of more studies of this kind to be followed ,is particularly stressed.
