Comparative study of the administrative process before the implementation of e- government in Greece and other EU countries. Implementation of the e- government in HEIs.
Summary:
In this thesis, we study the development of e-government through the passage of time, both in the Member States of the European Union, and in Greece. We analyze the transformation of the state and administrative acts, the application of new technologies and observe the conversion of Member Administrations in citizen centric.
We also examined how these changes were implemented in Greece with concrete examples of administrative acts before and after the implementation of e-government in the public sector and how these movements are applied with the introduction of Government Portals.
In the research part of this study, we compare the government portals of various European states and analyze the input of e-government in education. The research analyzed in depth questionnaires of MODIP of PUAS given to students to measure student satisfaction from the services of a higher education institution and answer the research questions we posed, to the creation and promotion of the tool measuring student satisfaction in higher education.
