Summary:
Public contracts play a vital role being a market tool that the E.U. merber states use in order to achieve a market of social economy through knowledge and innovation by efficient use of sources and particularly public spends. Public contracts for best results requires efficient public procurements. By examining the existing legal context in the EU and national level about cancellation of public procurements of public works, services and products we make an effort to clarify whether the existing legislation for public contracts services its purposes or ends up in not efficient use of available resources by public administration in our country.
