Summary:
The objective of this study was to examine the effect of the use The purpose of this study was to examine the results of the use of a digital tool in the educational practice of the natural sciences, namely the hydrogen atom. More specifically, three basic axes are investigated: a), a) students' misconceptions about the emission and absorption of photons by the hydrogen atom, b) the role of microworlds in understanding the above-mentioned physical concepts, and c) the role of software and cooperation in the creation of scientific concepts. Based on these axes and the size of the research subject, the casestudy methodology was chosen to investigate the research questions raised. The study included students of the the second class of high school. The sample size was 10 students. At the end of the survey, the results from the data analysis and research constraints are listed.
