Urbanization, apartment building and the institutions of antiparochi
Summary:
This master's thesis examines the issue of urbanization and its interconnection with the development of the institution of antiparochi and horizontal ownership. Urbanization is an issue that occupies researchers at international level, as it is a problem of an international nature. In particular, it is a consequence of the industrialization of cities, which have attracted a population from the countryside having positive and negative impacts. In Greece, the problem of urbanization was addressed through the adoption of the building system on the floors and the system of antiparochi, with which the majority of apartment buildings were built in the Greek urban centers. Today, as we have seen at the end of this master's thesis, the greek system of antiparochi tends to become dormant due to the economic recession and the fall in the real estate market.
