History is a science that allows us through the data to look for those elements, socially, politically and culturally a certain time and to get in contact with unexplored aspects of life and behavior .This qualitative research focused on ancient Greece and tries through ancient Greek literature to interconnect the facts and interpret ideas, political intentions and persons related to disability .Internationally, highlighting the importance and contribution of ancient Greek world to all mankind that even now forming consciences. Attempts to interpret events with a critical eye away from any kind of antiquity. Initially, approaches the word of Lysias which he gave himself to the court in order to defend a disabled person who after a complaint was made, is accountable for his disability. In the specific reason becomes the perception of a whole society and political the options on the allowance granted by the weak era. Furthermore, they appear clearly the idea that had crippled himself and the social isolation in which he was. Meanwhile, referring to the two major cities of the time, Athens and Sparta, which appear to have large differences in how to deal with disabled persons. Athens though it was a center of culture, literature and the arts was a society with strict morals who despised every kind of differentiation. He raised the standard of good and virtuous citizens who took care of the spirit and the body to be useful politically and militarily .The whatever deviated from the above standard of drives Sparta . Αlthough there has been the myth of Keadas and seems to be a highly conservative city, rewards any citizen can bring to it even if he is handicapped or malformed .The finding is documented mainly through the example of Agesilaus and Tyrtaeus.
