The subject of this paper is the geopolitical analysis of the recent migratory flows to Hellas and the EU via Turkey. In this context, international law and jurisprudence, as well as related political positions - focusing on the EU-Turkey Joint Declaration - are being considered as factors for reallocating power to the aforementioned geographic complex.
