Summary:
The European Union adopted three new Directives for Public Procurement (Directive 2014/23/EU, 2014/24/EU and 2014/25/EU). In this dissertation, we will refer to the notion and the general principles governing Public Procurement law, to the legal framework and to the award criteria for the public contract but also to the cancellation of the public tender. We will also examine the important changes provoked from the new Directives and their impact on the internal market of the European Union.
