Sectoral Spatial Plans: Planning, Reality and greek Administrative Law
Summary:
The subject of this thesis are the implementation issues that arise from a specific spatial planning instrument, namely the Sectoral Spatial Plans. More specifically, Sectoral Spatial Plans are being examined from two different angles: firstly, from a systemic point of view, i.e. in reference to the national system of spatial planning, and, on the other hand, from a normative perspective, i.e. with regard to their integration into the system of administrative law procedures and rules. To this end, we resort to national case-law and jurisprudence both preceding and subsequent to the formal conclusion of Sectoral Spatial Plans in Greece.
