The conflict of freedom of art and religious freedom in the context of Greek jurisprudence and the jurisprudence of European Court of Human Rights.
Summary:
The present work has as a main objective to highlight the conflict between freedom of art and religious freedom at national and European level. The jurisprudence of the national and European courts shows the way in which it was decided to resolve the conflict between the two rights when they arrived at the national and European courts. At the same time, on the occasion of the Greek and European judgements, an attempt was made to search for the limits of art freedom and a general conclusion is drawn with regards to the weighting pattern that have been used on the jurisprudence.
