Summary:
This diploma thesis analyzes the historical course of the Kifissos industrial zone after the erection of many industrial units and the urbanization of large migratory flows, as happened in the neighborhood of Sepolia. It then analyzes the existing state of the study area, identifies the problems, collects spatial and social data and analyzes planning strategies in case studies of inactive industrial shells at European level. Finally, the proposed management proposal, with the help of diagrams, aims to create a model management model and other corresponding examples in the Athenian space.
