The purpose of this bachelor thesis is the examination of the rights of strike and lock-out: the first one is recognized by the greek Constitution (article 23 par. 2), while the second one is expressly forbidden by the article 22 par. 2 of greek Law no. 1264/1982. In addition, these two rights are also approached in the aspect of their recognition by international legislative texts with superior validity.
