Summary:
We studied the behavior of the vibrational motion and transport phenomena for flexible peptide in inert gas, which have been studied by ion mobility spectrometry. Because experimentally it appears that the flexible peptides have different structure at low and high temperatures, the question was raised whether one intramolecular potential is sufficient to describe the appearance of the structures in relation to the temperature or the temperature is altering the structures, thus requiring the consideration of two or more potentials for their appearance.
