Summary:
Ethical perspectives in the core of status of the human body forms a contemporary field analysis at the sphere of bioethics. In particular, an open issue remains the right to disposal of the human body, the position of duty and virtue ethics, the duty of offering help, friendships based on character, sexual relationships and the possibility of existence a confined right in rem in self-reproductive parts of human body. Kantian ethics is related with some questions, in which we are going to answer through the study of absolute value of human life and the principle of autonomy at the field of sexual relationships, the meaning at the stricto sensu status of the human body and the highest good in the unity of body and spirit according to Kant's and Nozick's Theory. A tripartite division in part of human body will lead us closer to the finally purpose of life.
