Summary:
In the context of this thesis, monetary policy implementation in EMU is examined in the light of EU primary and secondary law. Furthermore, the limits of non-conventional or unconventional monetary policy measures implementation are investigated in relation to economic policy implementation, according to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) provisions and the case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
