Summary:
In this study are selected some interesting from procedural view issues that come out during the issuing of the certificate of inheritance. Due to the legally important results from the issuing of the certificate of inheritance, that means the presumption of the hereditary property of the holder of the certificate and the public loyal that protects people who exchange with the holder, the procedure of issuing of the certificate creates some issues that analyzed. In other words interesting from procedural view are the issues of the legitimation, the procedure, the define of the application and the judicial decision. Moreover are examined thoroughly from procedural view the results from the acceptance of the application and the manners of appeal against this. Finally, the study deals with some issues from the issuing of inaccurate certificate.
