This paper describes the design of a management platform for a university foundation. The design was done with Java programming language but also HTML and CSS for formatting. Free and free software such as Eclipse neon Java ee, Notepad ++, MySQL Benchmark, Tomcat Server and XAMPP were used for different functions each. The platform allows for indirect communication between the faculty of a university institution. Students, professors and secretaries. For the platform to function, a virtual database was designed that helped to test it when it was created and also to demonstrate its operation after completion. Both the database and the platform are displayed in the work. The programming languages used, the software as well as the reasons chosen all the above are also presented.
