Summary:
The obligation of providence and the individual obligation to protect the life and health of the worker of all kinds arising from the employment relationship is closely linked to the work accident, the subject of the present study. In particular, compliance with the above obligations by the employer acts as a measure to prevent accidents at work. However, even the strict observance of the provisional measures provided for in the legislation can not exclude the occurrence of an work accident. Therefore, the importance of protecting the worker at the point in time of the work accident in order to mitigate the consequences of this is considered as important as that of prevention, namely the implementation of the required security measures.
