Summary:
Introduction: The anxiety with the anxiety of fear are sentimental experiences which are composed by composite powers conscientious, biological and powers which determine the behavior. All the kinds of these powers are the result of the interaction between the person and the habitat.
Purpose: Of this survey is to investigate the levels of anxiety and anxiety of fear while the psychological and pathological figure of patients who ail by the coronary disease syndrome and at the part they are hospitalized at the cardiologic department of Asclepius hospital.
Material and the method: The population which is investigated, contains 100 patients who undergo at transfermal operation at coronary rasculars. For the collection of datas, is used the psychometric tool of the control scale about the symptoms S.C.L -90- R. The analysis of data , is realized with the help of statistic packet about the sociological sciences. IBM. SPSS 21.0 ( Statistical Package for social sciences.)
Results: The population which is examined includes 100 patients who they put themselves at trandermal operation at coronary vessels. The average of age ( GPA) was 53,5 and tha majority of patients were women ( 58% ) who the place of their residence is out of Athens at province. Moreover, the biggest part of the examined patients were married ( 69% ) with kids ( 78%) and have their job ( 73% ). The half of them at the past, they have finished university and one percentage of 63% has monthly income for its family between 601- 1500 euro. Accordiny to the results of multivariate linear regression arise the following :
- The augmentation of age which interrelation with the augmentation of stress grading.
- The women have biggest scale – score of stress concerning the men
- The reduction of income concerning with the augmentation of stress grading
- The unemployed people disposed bigger score of interpersonal sensibility in connection with the person who have their employment.
- The augmentation of age leading to the presentation of depression more often
- The women have higher score of depression concerning the men
- The reduction of income leading to the augmentation at score of depression
- The unemployed people have higher score of paranoid idiom in connection with the people who work. The augmentation of stage related with the augmentation at score of corps/ body / somatization.
- The people without job disposed bigger scale of body/ corps/ somatization as compared with the people with job.
- The residents of Athens had higher grade of body/ corps/ somatization in comparison with the residents of province. The residents of Athens have more positive symptoms.
- The unemployed people have more positive symptoms against those people who work.
- The decrease of educational level is connected with the aggrandizement of the over all positive symptoms.
Conclusions: From the results of this study was arised that the profile of patients with coronary disease, is very burdened .The sex, the age, the unemploymentation. The reduction of income , the decrease of educational level and the fact that those who live out of Athens, they disposed very high level of anxiety – stress and anxiety fear.
