Summary:
Bullying is a phenomenon that became known mainly in the last decade. Without recurrence, aggressive behavior and imbalance of forces no behavior can be characterized as bullying, whether physical or psychological.
Once defined the phenomenon and identify the key elements of such behavior, we focus on factors leading to challenging bullying, other operating protection for the victims and those who hinder their notification. The effects of bullying are listed in the second part and as mentioned, vary depending on the role of people in the circle of intimidation.
The second chapter of the theoretical part includes extensive reference to the knowledge and attitudes of teachers towards school bullying, the parameters that have been associated with their attitudes, as well as in the way they intervene, according to the literature.
Learning social behavior programs and systemic intervention model and methods such as daily monitoring of emotions, the letter about how I feel, the magazine of peace and the court of a perpetrator are ideas that can improve the climate in all classrooms and analyzed in third part of the presentation. Individual or group counseling programs are also moving to this end. Particularly attractive ally is the special software which simulate different social situations. The existence of relevant state policy was also investigated.
In the research part of the work, since the general problem of research is set, the methodology is analyzed, as well as physical findings that emerged from it.
The presentation ends with a discussion mainly on the points that should be further explored, especially in relation to people with difficulties involved in direct bullying.
