Summary:
This diploma thesis deals with the great theoretical and practical issue regarding the stay of execution and enforceability after the changes that took place with the implementation of the Greek Law 4335/2015. Of particular interest is up till now theoretical but also practical dichotomy regarding the stay of execution in cases where the procedural legislator does not make explicit legislative arrangements.
