Suggested methodology aiming to usability and improvement of user experience in interactive environments

Every digital environment needs to be designed in a way that facilitates users to understand it quickly and easily. According to the latest trends, designers focus on creating environments that are not just functional, but also pleasant, smart and attractive. However, there are limited scientific references to new methods of designing and evaluating a digital environment, while there are several empirical techniques, applied by professionals of the field. In the present paper, we developed a new methodology for designing user-centric systems that combine traditional and modern techniques. The method has been applied and tested to the create a new platform aiming to host music communities, allowing members to distribute content, interact and communicate.
