Summary:
This postgraduate thesis deals with issues of violence against sexual integrity and dignity, and in particular with the criminological explanation of this act as a form of behavior. Sexual violence is considered as the structural behavior of crimes against sexual freedom, the role of the victim and the perpetrator in rendering crimes of sexual violence and abuse and the consequences of these acts. Lastly, there are exposed official victim surveys to give practical results.
