Inthiswork, a screening method was developed and optimized to identify and separate specific prohibited substances in urine samples of athletes by means of UHPLC-ESI/qTOF/MS.Chromatography was performed on a Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 column under gradient elution. Analytes were detected after electrospray ionization in positive or/and negative ion mode. The proposed method should be further evaluated.
